I had a really bad day today. But after all the crap that I went through today, I still managed to laugh so hard
that I almost pissed my britches. And it’s all because of this video about Obama, McCain and Palin showing off their dancing skills. Toward the end of the movie check out Palin “Droppin’ it like it’s hot.”

Joe Wurzelbacher – Just call him Joe the plumber. Say it ain’t so Joe.
Joe the Plumber had McCain’s crack team of advisers tell his story. Now Joe the plumber is going to get a lot of business. Joe the plumber will forever go down in history as one of most famous plumbers in history.

Who is Joe the Plumber?
He’s Joe Wurzelbacher, an Ohio man looking to buy a plumbing business who came to symbolize the middle class in Wednesday night’s presidential debate between Barack Obama and John McCain.
Days earlier, Joe the Plumber had told Obama that the Democrat’s tax plan would keep him from buying the business. McCain, the Republican candidate, cited Joe’s exchange with Obama when he was asked about his tax plan and why it would be better for the country than Obama’s.
Wurzelbacher was mentioned several times during the debate.
So what does he have to say about literally being at the center of the debate.
He says his name being mentioned in the campaign is “pretty surreal.”
Can you say “Government contracts?”

Should you withdraw your 401k during the turbulent time in the stock market? The answer is no!
You might be looking at your 401k statement and panicking. Don’t panic. Don’t even look at that statement. Throw it out. When the stock market is is down like it is now, you should contribute MORE money to your 
401k. Stock will be at an all-time low and you’ll be getting stocks at a steal. This is your time to take advantage of the low stock prices.
Believe me, I started to look at my 401k statement but then before I could really examine it, I tossed it. See, I’m a lower middle class guy. I don’t have millions of dollars invested in my 401k.
The people who are really going to take a hit from the stock market are the big guys who have millions in the stock market bought on margin. Margin trading is when you borrow money from a broker to buy stock in hopes it will go up. If you buy on margin and the stock drops there are two big losers. The big losers are the banks that loaned the investor the money to buy stocks and the investor who lost money on the the stock plunged. If the investor is unable to pay back the money that he was loaned that is a double whammy. This is one of the factors that may have contributed to the great depression. There were too many borrowers and nobody was able to pay back the loans they go to either invest in the market.
If you are middle class, like me, you don’t buy stocks on margin. Your 401k is managed by a brokerage firm. Their job is make the best deals to make your funds grow.
But you can do your part, increase the amount you contribute to your 401k. Sure the stock market might even drop further, when it does, contribute more to your 401k again. When the market increases and gets back on its feet, you’ll thank yourself.

So who should we vote for? Does the President really dictate what your quality of life is going to be like?
In all honesty, are these Presidential candidates really going to look out for me? Sure, maybe they will use some spies in a foreign country to protect my safety here at home and maybe abroad. But how are they going to help me out. There are some things I would like to see fixed here in the United States. Hopefully if these guys (Obama & McCain) are listening, they could really hear what the people want.
