Are We Getting A Stimulus Check This Year? – 2009 Stimulus Check wrote a post about an idea to give everyone in the U.S. a 2009 stimulus check for $50,000. This 2009 stimulus check would stimulate the economy in no time. Instead of bailiout out the automakers with billions of dollars, why don’t our government just give everybody a big 2009 stimulus check.

So I watched American Idol tonight. I saw this one kid named Danny. He made it into the top 36. I was puzzeled for a minute and was wondering who Danny Gokey looked like. Then after watching a commercial for Coke (how apropo) it hit me like a brick.

In case you missed it, here is Sarah Palin’s performance on Saturday Night Live. In my opinion, she actually surprised me with her performance. It’s funny to me to see political candidates showcase their funny side. Sure Sarah Palin on SNL was a sure way to get some more exposure for the McCain-Palin ticket, but it was a fun and entertaining bit. Here is the video of Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live.
