Blocking a Phone Number

I guess I’m a tech guy. I have answers that will make life easier for people. One of the questions I hear all the time is “Hey Tom, How do I block a phone number so that person or company never calls again?”

Well I’m going to tell and you the answer is so simple, and free. 100% Free.

1.Sign up for Google Voice (Even if you don’t have a cell. If you do have a cell or android even better.)

2.Once you are signed up for Google Voice, pick your own phone number if it’s available. If you are late in the Google Voice game, you are probably going to be stuck with a number.

3.Link your new phone number to the phone you use regularly. The instruction on Google Voice are extremely easy. If you can’t do this, then you may have to go back to 2nd grade. Lol

4.Now when you sign up for anything, free offers, win this car raffles where telemarketers will call you a million times a day, and even all of your utility companies give your NEW GOOGLE Voice number out to everyone.

5.When you start to get annoying calls, go into your Google Voice account and click on the number that just called you and click SPAM . When that caller calls again, they will now hear a recording that says “This number is no longer in service.”

So there you have it. Free, simple and easy. Now take action and sign up for Google Voice.

If you don’t understand the directions you can always Trace a Private call and pay a few bucks a month for this service.
