This is disinformation being put out by the gov.There are no 2010 stimulus checks.It’s all bogus. if you go to the SSA site and read under the Economic Recovery Act you will see how bogus this is.
I know people need it but this disinformation is going all over and people who could use it are really getting their hopes up for nothing.
There are no checks.I’m not trying to be nasty.Just the truth.

SEN. JUDD GREGG, CONGRESS VOTED AGAINST THE $250.00 STIMULUS CHECK FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED 50 TO 47. MAYBE IF THEY HAD TO LIVE ON WHAT WE MAKE JUST FOR TWO MONTHS THEY WOULD UDERSTAND MORE, AND I AM SURE WOULD FIND IT QUITE DIFFICULT. THEY WOULD BE PULLING THEIR HAIR OUT BUT THE 2ND MONTH.

It soulds like a great idea too me…unfortunately, it ,makes too much sense, so the government would never do it !! They spend too much time bickering over the stupid and senseless stuff. IF we could get this money to bail ourselves out of our financial troubles, the government AND Obama, would only have half a job left !! They spend more time finding ways to hurt us and set us back, then how to help us move forward. When Obama’s campaign ran on “CHANGE” and :YES WE CAN”, it sure sounded good to those who weren’t listening closely enough. HE was a silver tongued devil, who was able to make even the worst things sound good. CHANGE=sure….for the worst ! “YES WE CAN”= The government will pet you so far behind financially and economically, you’d have to dig your own hole before you die !!

where is our goverment now.over in chillie.or hatti.helping them not us.they need to help thier own first.only reason they are over there is because of money and politics.not because they care.where is the stimulus money?I didn’t see a pennie.and i am paying for it.sometimes.i just feel like quitting my job.why work.it just going to get worst.

What I think needs to happen is for the government to get fired. We need people in our government to be on our side, but instead we have a government that’s on everyone’s side but ours. It seems to me that all these other countries get help from us but when its us that needs the help they not around right? 50 thousand dollars would go a long long way for us that they consider lower class or middle class. But our government is to busy helping all these other countries and all these illegal aliens. I don’t care if you like it or not but that kind of shit is what really pisses me off. We’ve got families living on the streets that can’t get no help and why? Because these people we call our government want to help the other countries. Can anyone please tell me why the hell that is?
I’m sorry maybe I got off the subject a little bit but ya’ll opened the door and I felt like stating my opinion. So there you have it. So I say FUCK the government….LMFAO

dont want free $, just a decent paying job. we have some inflation now. tax cuts dont gurantee more hiring, just less money going to govt. jobs that go overseas arent willing to pay well, thats why they go overseas, less money out of their profits toward taxes or paying workers. we are already 12t in debt., 50thousand to 350m plus would be a disaster for everybody in the long run.

Wow what and idiotic topic to even discuss. Simple economics is supply and demand. When anyone is selling something that everyone wants the price goes up, this would be demand. When everyone has money the price goes up. If you gave everyone 50k the price on everything you want (and need) is going to go through the roof.
This idea is a perfect example of communism. Just research the USSR (Russia) after the cold war and see what happened to everyones life savings.
If you don’t feel like looking it up, it caused a massive inflation and their money became worthless. So all you people that have actually tried to save money would be broke. This is a stupid idea that some lazy person came up with that probably never worked a real job in his life. Probably takes no pride in working for a living and has no idea what the value of a dollar is.
